The trees are changing, color rides are upon us, the year is winding down. There is never enough time in the day to do everything. We just do the best we can. 

As I began this year committed to making a difference, started with a conference call once a month for Regional Coordinators (RC CALL 2nd WED. @7pm) and A once a month call for AREA Coordinators (AC Call 4th WED @7pm). During these calls I was able to listen to the struggles and triumphs for each region, we as a collective group shared thoughts and suggestions to encourage growth and stability. If you have a passion for leadership or just a passion for doing, support is here. We will continue to strive for excellence and to get to back to 100% Active regions. 

Just a reminder to ALL REGIONS: OCT. is Nomination month, NOV. Is voting month and new positions start the end of JAN. I encourage everyone to get involved, to help your region grow and prosper.

We have many motivated regions looking to grow, so I want to encourage those that are not plugged in to a region to reach out, and if you don’t know who to contact then call or message me and I will help guide you to the correct person.

The Seminar in January is going to be a blast, January 17th -19th

· REGION CONTEST – Decorate your region table with your favorite movie theme. 

· RAFFLES – many regions will have a raffle item or items 

· LIVE AUCTION – Always a laugh for a great cause.

· Silent Auction – Many cool things to bid on. 

· PAC GAMES – Region 18 does a great job with setting these up and raising money for the PAC. 

· Breakout sessions – learn new things 

· Voting on Sunday - VOTE for the state board. 

I encourage everyone that can attend to do so, it will be a great opportunity to learn new stuff, see old friends and meet new ones, buy thing and HAVE FUN….
