The State Events Committee has been coming together with great ideas for this year’s Field Meet and we are getting it done!
Silent Auction and Live Auction items are needed, if you are riding and cannot carry them, get with someone in your region or around your region to help get your stuff there.
Make sure you visit the Vendor area and the ABATE products trailer.
There will be a Board Meeting either Saturday morning or Sunday morning. There will be bike games and a bike show on Saturday afternoon. Along with other activities. The Itinerary for the weekend will be available at the gate when you check in.
We are all proud to be Americans, and we are all free to show our patriotism. Because of some issues at the Campground with other groups, they have asked us not to have Political flags, signs and the like. So waive your American Flag, wear your red, white and blue show your pride in this great country!
This Field Meet is shaping up to be a great time for all. Please contact Eric Eads to purchase your Field Meet tickets.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Pam and George Fischer will be retired after the seminar. So that left the job of State Events open for a new person to be asked to take the job over. At the Board meeting October 19, 2024, someone nominated me for the job. As I have been on Pam’s committee for many years, enjoying helping her with every aspect of running the seminar and the field meet, I decided I would accept the nomination. It was a great feeling to see so many think I could do this job. I will keep the same committee as we worked very well together as a well-oiled machine. I will hopefully be bringing a few more on board to help make our events run smoothly and efficiently. I am in the process of getting the field meet planned, maybe at a new location. Flyers and posts will be coming soon.
I hope to represent the State and give our members some great memories in the coming year. My number will be in the Rider, and you can always get ahold of me on Facebook.
Thank you to all, we as a state will have some hard shoes to fill but thankfully Pam and George have agreed to stay and mentor me and be on my committee.
Sincerely
September 28
