Good evening. Coming to let you all know that the Field Meet and Bike Weekend for the Bike Draw is going strong. My committee is the best there is. Please don’t forget the Field meet is for ABATE members only but anyone can sign up at the front gate. Adults only please. Bike Raffle weekend is open to the public.  

The license has been obtained for the field meet and the license for the Bike Weekend is on its way. We didn’t do them at the same time so there would be no confusion. 

The campground is ready for us. They will be taking out their winter storage and have the barn cleared and ready. 

The beverages have been ordered and we have the trailer to keep it all cold. 

I’m asking  for workers if you would like to help out give me a shout. My number is 7346529739 or message me. We need more security, ticket sales, bartenders, 50/50 personnel, silent and live auction helpers. Wow seems like a lot of workers. But it’s only for a few hours. With that we will have a smooth running event. 

We have the bike show (Region 6),

The bike games(region 14) and top gun challenge(region 5 and Vince) The top gun challenge is just an obstacle course like they do at the rodeo or the police motorcycle course!!!

If you want to come Thursday night you are more then welcome but there is an extra charge for that ($35)

Speaking of Charges presale tickets ($50 a couple $35 single)are now on sale thru your RCs please get with them for the field meet. I will be sending presale ones out for the bike weekend. Just think two weekends with me and my crew. What fun!!!! Then of course we have the seminar in January 

We have golf cart rentals going on for the field meet. Shout and get on the list. Open till May 26 to get yours. We just need your homeowners insurance policy numbers. Four seater and two seater available 

Please bring anything for the silent or live auction.  

Vendors are being collected so if you want to be one please contact Woody.  

We have a band for Saturday night and a DJ for Friday. 

There will be fire wood for sale at the campgrounds. There are only 16 rings so if you have one bring it. 

They have nice picnic tables too!!

I want to thank Sturgeon Valley campground for their years of having us in Wolverine. It looks like they might have a buyer so congrats to them on their retirement 

This is a new year at a new location with a new events coordinator. I’m hoping I can live up to Pam’s reputation but of course she is right here with me on the committee. I’m learning lots and hope you all come out and enjoy
